Important Notes Regarding the OUMail Service
*OUMail student accounts are provided based on valid student status. Once your student status ends, you will no longer be eligible for the student license under the license agreement with Microsoft, and you will lose access to your data. (Please note that we cannot assist with data recovery if you have not backed up the necessary data yourself in advance.) However, for regular students such as undergraduates and graduate students, your license is typically transferred from the student license agreement to an alumni license (email access only), allowing you to continue using the email service.
