Forwarding Settings
You can forward emails received at your OUMail address to another email address. Please ensure you check the following [Cautions] when setting up forwarding.

- Check on [Mail]
- Check on [Forwarding]
- Check on [Enable forwarding]
- Check [Keep a copy of forwarded messages]
- Click the save button

【Cautions】
- Make sure to check "Keep a copy of forwarded messages". If unchecked, emails will be lost if the forwarding settings are incorrect or if the forwarded emails are rejected by the destination email system.
- Check for typos in the entered email address.
- Especially for carrier email addresses (Docomo, au, SoftBank, etc.), emails forwarded from OUMail may be blocked due to each carrier's spam mail countermeasures. Therefore, even if you set up forwarding, regularly sign in to OUMail to check your emails.
- After setting up forwarding, send a test email to OUMail to confirm that the email is forwarded correctly. (Example: send an email from OUMail to your own OUMail)

If you change the forwarding email address, be sure to update the forwarding settings in OUMail.
