Spam Mail Settings
To prevent desired emails from being mistakenly identified as spam, it is recommended to register frequently received addresses as "Trusted senders and domains".
- Click on [Mail]
- Click on [Junk email]
- Click on [Add safe sender]
- An input field will appear, enter the sender (email address) or domain.
*Example (email address):koan-osirase@koan.osaka-u.ac.jp
*Example (domain) :koan.osaka-u.ac.jp ← Enter the string after @ - Click on [OK]
- Click on [Save]
For students, it is particularly common to receive notices from the academic information system [KOAN] and the class support system [CLE]. It is recommended to register the following senders (email addresses) as trusted senders: 【KOAN】koan-osirase@koan.osaka-u.ac.jp 【CLE】 do-not-reply@cle.osaka-u.ac.jp |
