Microsoft Office application
It is available for Undergraduate students, graduate students, and advanced vocational school students to use Microsoft Office application with his or her OUMail account.

OneDrive
OneDrive is an online storage service. This service is available only while you are enrolled. Please note that you will no longer be able to use it after graduation.
■Usage Instructions■Sharing Settings
Files stored on OneDrive can be shared with other users. By default, files are set to private (not shared with anyone). For instructions on how to configure sharing settings, please refer to this page.There are three types of sharing settings available. Set the appropriate sharing range according to the purpose and nature of the data, ensuring it is kept to the necessary minimum.

Anyone with the link
- You can share with anyone (including university staff and external parties). Since the sharing range is wide, it is strongly recommended to set a password.

Users at Osaka University with the link
- You can share with "students" of the university (those who have an OUMail account). To share with university "staff," use the "Anyone with the link" option.

Specific people
- You can share with specific students only. You will need to specify the recipient's OUMail account when setting this option.

Teams
Teams is a communication tools. You can use tools for video conferencing and other communication purposes. However, with OUMail, this is generally available only when integrated with the Classroom Learning Environment (CLE), due to restrictions on Teams functionality for information security reasons.
